Cancer has been a plague on humanity for a long time. The cure will come eventually and the world will rejoice that this awful disease that can strike anyone at any time, has been been silenced. The problem is we don't fully understand the causes of cancer although there are many things in our life that can trigger it.

One fine day when I was at a local store I was impressed by the hair coloring of the clerk seated there. I told her how beautiful the coloring looked on her with that perfect dark base and the streaks that looked so natural. It seemed as if the sun itself had beautifully dyed her hair. We got talking about how when we were young we did not have to take the help of any hair dye. We had to spray SunIn on the hair and exposed it to sunlight for an hour or so and we had the desired hair color. This led to discussing how that was almost impossible now what with the ozone layer weakening and the ultraviolet rays having the potential to cause irreparable damage to our hair. (SunIn by the way is not one of the aerosols but is a pump spray).

Let's face it: cancer is scary. It can happen to anyone of any age, and it doesn't matter if that person is healthy or not. Sometimes cancer seems to strike the person whom you'd think would be immune from being sick. Whether you or someone you know has cancer, the best way to make it look less scary is to understand that it is just a disease, and it has tried and true treatments that have great success rates. While no one has a one hundred percent chance of surviving cancer, the odds are way higher than they were even 10 years ago thanks to modern medical developments.
